Rabeprazole 20mg

At 6–24 period of time post-dose, results for lansoprazole 30mg and Aciphex 20mg were similar on day 1, but significantly higher (p < 0.05) for Aciphex 20mg on day 5.
Comparisons of the lower doses of each federal agent yielded similar results ( furniture III ).
Mean 24-hour AUC[H+] was similar after lansoprazole 30mg and Aciphex 20mg, and after lansoprazole 15mg and rabeprazole 10mg on day 1.
Again, lansoprazole 30mg reduced AUC[H+] more than did rabeprazole 20mg during the 0- to 5-hour time period.
There were, however, no statistically significant differences in mean AUC[H+] after lansoprazole 30mg compared with rabeprazole 20mg during the 6- to 10-hour, 11- to 15-hour and 16- to 24-hour intervals (data not shown).
Both lansoprazole 30mg and rabeprazole 20mg reduced mean gastric [H+] to a greater magnitude on day 5 than on day 1 (figure 1).
Mean 24-hour AUC[H+] after lansoprazole 30mg and rabeprazole 20mg was similar, whereas mean 24-hour AUC[H+] after rabeprazole 10mg was significantly lower (p < 0.03) than after lansoprazole 15mg.
