Lansoprazole 15Mg And Aciphex 10Mg

Mean 0- to 5-hour post-dose intragastric pH on day 1 was significantly higher for lansoprazole 30mg than for Aciphex 20mg (p = 0.05) [ mesa II ].
This remainder was not seen between lansoprazole 15mg and Aciphex 10mg in this 0- to 5-hour post-dose set, nor was the validity sustained beyond 5 distance.
Intragastric pH followers lansoprazole 30mg and rabeprazole 20mg was similar at 6–10 minute, significantly higher (p < 0.05) for rabeprazole 20mg at 11–15 period of time, and similar at 16–24 hour.
Comparisons of the lower doses of each factor yielded similar results to the results with the higher doses.
Day 5 results were comparable to day 1 results for all comparisons.
The mean per centum time for pH >4 on days 1 and 5 at 0–5 hour after drug governance was significantly higher (p < 0.05) for lansoprazole 30mg than for rabeprazole 20mg ( tableland III ).
