Effects of Lansoprazole and Aciphex.

Seventy-two subjects (50 men and 22 women), median age 25 assemblage (range 19–42 years), median bodyweight 74kg (range 46–103kg), and median peak 176cm (range 148–192cm) participated in the room.

Sixty-five subjects were Someone, six were Wear, and one was Black/European.

There were no statistically significant differences between lansoprazole 30mg and aciphex 20mg with heart to mean 24-hour intragastric pH, AUC[H+], or assets time for pH >4 on days 1 and 5.
Mean 24-hour intragastric pH, and pct time for pH >4, were significantly higher on days 1 and 5 after aciphex 10mg than after lansoprazole 15mg (p = 0.009 and p < 0.03, respectively) [ tabular array I ].
Mean 24-hour intragastric pH and assets time for pH >4 were significantly higher and AUC[H+] significantly lower after lansoprazole 30mg than after lansoprazole 15mg (p < 0.02) and after aciphex 20mg than after aciphex 10mg (p < 0.04) on both day 1 and day 5 ( array I ).
