Aciphex - Pharmacokinetic Parameters.

Mean gastric hydrogen ion (H+) concentration-time curves on day 1 ( a ) and day 5 ( b ) in volunteers receiving lansoprazole 30mg daily and Aciphex 20mg daily compared with service line.

On days 1 and 5, during 0–5 distance after drug governance, mean AUC[H+] was significantly lower (p < 0.001) after lansoprazole 30mg than after Aciphex 20mg (data not shown). Pharmacokinetic Parameters
There was no statistically significant fluctuation in the dose-normalised Cmax and AUC24 of lansoprazole between days 1 and 5 (Cmax foreland figuring 1.009, 95% CI 0.903, 1.129; AUC contact figuring 1.014, 95% CI 0.934, 1.100); similarly for rabeprazole (Cmax muzzle approximation 0.963, 95% CI 0.811, 1.144; AUC location calculation 0.936, 95% CI 0.853 1.027) [ array IV ].
The Cmax of lansoprazole 30mg (863 ± 404 ng/mL/mg) was higher than that of rabeprazole 20mg (406 ± 218 ng/mL/mg) on day 1.
Similar results were obtained for AUC24.
The tmax of lansoprazole (about 1.6 hours) was less than one-half that of Aciphex (4 hours).
The mean calcedony concentration-time profiles of lansoprazole 15mg and 30mg and rabeprazole 10mg and 20mg are shown on a linear scrap in physical body 2.
